Delicious Dining Experience

Fun Waterpark Fun

The waterpark was a great highlight for my kids! They had a blast on the slides and enjoyed playing in the kiddie area. Although the water park was smaller than I expected, it allowed me to keep a close eye on them while they played.

Our stay at the Americana was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the waterpark was definitely a hit with the kids, and the kids' suites offered a fun experience. However, the service we received from the staff left much to be desired, and we encountered several issues during our visit that dampened our overall experience.

I organized a trip for a large group to this hotel and the experience was outstanding! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The water park was a hit with the guests, especially the hot tub and wave pool, making it a fun experience for all ages. However, there were some downsides regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the amenities offered.
