Our stay at the Americana was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the waterpark was definitely a hit with the kids, and the kids' suites offered a fun experience. However, the service we received from the staff left much to be desired, and we encountered several issues during our visit that dampened our overall experience.

The water park was a hit with the guests, especially the hot tub and wave pool, making it a fun experience for all ages.
