Kids Loved It!

I stayed at the Americana Waterpark Resort in Niagara Falls with my kids, and they had an absolute blast at the water park! The slides were exhilarating, and the wave pool was a huge hit. Fantastic Dining Experience

During our stay, we had the opportunity to dine at the on-site Boston Pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised! The service was really good, and the food was delicious. We had a family of five, and everyone found something they loved on the menu. It was great to have a convenient dining option right in the hotel, especially after a long day at the water park!

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I was so impressed with the room we stayed in at the Americana Resort. It was spacious enough for our family and very clean! After a day of fun at the waterpark, it was nice to return to a bright and comfortable space. The kids loved having their own room, which allowed us adults some much-needed relaxation time. Overall, it made our stay much more enjoyable!

Well-Organized Event!

I participated in a corporate family event at the Americana Waterpark Resort, and I was blown away by how well everything was organized. From the catering to the meeting rooms, everything was handled with care. The atmosphere was perfect for mingling and enjoying a good time with family while also hosting a professional gathering. Our stay at the Americana was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the waterpark was definitely a hit with the kids, and the kids' suites offered a fun experience. However, the service we received from the staff left much to be desired, and we encountered several issues during our visit that dampened our overall experience.

I organized a trip for a large group to this hotel and the experience was outstanding! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The water park was a hit with the guests, especially the hot tub and wave pool, making it a fun experience for all ages.
